In Tasmania, Jason immerses himself into the natural world by visiting Cradle Mountain and Weindorfer's Forest Walk. He also experiences Hobart's cafe culture, and goes on the hunt for fresh seafood.
In Western Australia, Jason visits vineyards, goes on a food adventure for crayfishes, truffles, and finger limes, and visits a Brazilian food in Perth city.
