In this video resource, our young presenters Fiona and Michael take a look at where money comes from, focusing on earnings and expenditure, ways of spending and what happens to the money we spend. Providing clear examples, which relate clearly to the experiences of young people today, they discuss the economy, the difference between a product and a service, and also take a look at governments and taxation. The "Down the Money Memory Lane" segment provides an historical context of money from the earliest forms to the shift form cash to plastic. The program features interviews with a Bank Manager and other industry specialists
