Description
In a close-knit community in Gravesend, Jetender is a powerful and respected man: a "Godfather" figure. He has made himself rich through his import and export business, while doing some money lending on the side. Meena is his beautiful and spoiled wife whose extravagant and excessive spending has led her secretly, and dangerously, into debt. Scared of her husband, Meena seduces Jetender's new business partner, Pushpinder, who falls in love with her and borrows money for Meena from Jetender. As Pushpinder becomes more entangled with Meena he begins to learn the truth- that Meena is motivated not so much by love as by greed and money.
