In Ghosts on the go the gang crosses the Atlantic Ocean and takes on Europe! They attend a Renaissance Fair, where a dragon interrupts their fun. In Greece, an ancient myth apparently comes to life because of a medallion Shaggy is wearing. The gang's Italian vacation is interrupted by misdeeds in the ancient city of Pompeii, leading to an ominous visit into the mouth of the not so dormant Vesuvius. Everybody loves amusement parks, unless they're haunted. In Scooby's Fun Zone, Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and Scrappy-Doo pit their wits against a muscle-bound strongman. The crew attends a carnival at their Central High alma mater and loses their science teacher, Mr. McDrabble. Finally, the gang visits a state fair and dreams of returning to the present when they lose Daphne in an automated house of the future in High-Tech House of Horrors.

Home is where the mystery is. An eccentric millionaire includes Scooby-Doo in his will in A Night of Fright is no Delight. Now Scooby and his ghost-chasing cohorts must spend the night in a haunted manor to receive his inheritance. In What the Hex Going On?, the Mystery Inc. Crew explores Kingston Mansion in search of their friend's uncle and finds a ghost instead. And in Haunted House Hang-Up, the gang is stranded near a creepy southern mansion.

What sets the hour-long Scooby-Doo movies apart is the marvelous lineup of celebrity guest stars such as the Harlem Globetrotters, Dick Van Dyke, the Three Stooges, Jonathan Winters, Don Knotts, Laurel and Hardy, Mama Cass Elliot, and Sonny and Cher, some voicing their cartoon selves, plus the participation of other animated heroes like Batman and Robin, Speed Buggy, and Jeannie.
