It's Lumpy's first Halloween and he's all excited. But when Pooh eats all the Halloween candy before Trick-or-Treat time, it's up to Lumpy and Roo to catch the Gabloon and wish for more candy before Halloween is over.
With Harvest Day just around the corner, Rabbit needs Pooh's help to find boxes, baskets, and crates of all shapes and sizes in order to organize his garden goodies.
When Roo meets up with a feared Heffalump, he quickly learns an important lesson: they are nothing like what he's been told, and he has much more to gain by befriending Lumpy than fearing him. They strike up a friendship as they spend the day together.
