In this graphic novel, Jay starts eighth grade with a few pimples that rapidly progress to bad acne. He begins visits with a dermatologist and starts on a powerful medication with serious side effects. Meanwhile, Jay tries to deal with friendship drama and his lack of romantic feelings.
