Liv, the only "normal" girl in Gloomsdale, is spending the evening at Vera's house with their friend Howl, the werewolf, when her vampire friend loses one of her fangs--and picture day at school is coming up.
Liv meets Mrs. Arber, the ghost caring for the Gloomsdale Botanical Gardens who has come to help Liv's class with their class project, which asks that the students find a plant that best represents them, but Liv has trouble knowing the answer.
