"Plastic Earth" is the first documentary feature film of its kind to cover the solutions and technologies being worked on in the world today to combat and eventually solve the plastic crisis that our world is facing.

Sixth grader Peter is pretty much the average kid. He likes gaming, hanging with his friends, and his beloved pair of Air Jordans. But when his recently widowed grandfather moves in with Peter's family, the boy is forced to give up his most prized possession of all: his bedroom. Unwilling to let such an injustice stand, Peter devises a series of increasingly elaborate pranks to drive out the interloper, but Grandpa Ed won₂t go without a fight.

Rafe, an imaginative teenager, is tired of his school's obsession with rules at the expense of any and all creativity. Desperate to shake things up, he and his best friends have come up with a plan to break every single rule in the school and let the students run wild.
